The 22 year old has agreed a permanent move to the League Two club for an undisclosed fee and expressed his delight at the switch up the footballing ladder.
"I'm excited for the chance here. Sometimes you can lose focus about how good an opportunity it could be in the league, and sometimes you might think that your chance is gone."
Mills has featured for Stafford Rangers and Alfreton Town in the past.
