The 28 year old initially left the Whites for Bath in 2010 but returned to the club on loan last month. He has now put pen to paper on a permanent contract with the Blue Square South side.
Webb is joined at the Raymond McEnhill Stadium by Reading youngster Charlie Losasso who has agreed a loan spell with the Whites until the end of the current campaign.
