ROTHERHAM UNITED: BLADES APPOINT NEW COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Steve Coakley will make the short switch from Rotherham United to near neighbours Sheffield United this week as he takes up the role of Commercial Director at Bramall Lane.

Coakley has been with Rotherham United for almost three years but will compliment the other new additions to the Blades' backroom staff.

A statement on the Millers' official website read, "During his two and a half years with the club Steve has done an excellent job and has been a wonderful ambassador and colleague and we would like to wish him every success in his new role."
