The new man in charge at the Exiles, Justin Edinburgh, has worked with Dack in the past and was delighted to link up with him again.
"Jimmy will be my right hand man and I'm looking forward to working with him again. Jimmy's approach to everything is positive and that it what we need at this club right now to kick start the season and start putting some results together."
Dack worked under Edinburgh at Grays Athletic and left his position at Woking in January.
