PORT VALE: LITTLE RETURNS TO GERS

Port Vale loanee Andrew Little has been forced to return to his parent club after suffering a knee injury in their 4-0 defeat to Morecambe on Saturday.

The 22 year old is keen to play for Vale again this season despite medical staff at the club suggesting the injury will keep him out of action for the remainder of his temporary deal.

"I still have nine and a half weeks left of the loan deal, so I am hoping there is a chance that I can go back down. I was enjoying it there because I was getting some game time," Little said in an interview with Rangers' official website.

Andrew had featured seven times for the League Two side this season.
