LEEDS UNITED: COACH TO STEP DOWN

Glynn Snodin says he will step down from his role with the Northern Ireland squad after tonight's Euro 2012 qualifier with Italy.

His decision follows that of manager Nigel Worthington who revealed his intentions to do the same yesterday after failing to qualify for the 2012 tournament.

Snodin has been assistant manager to Worthington since 2007 and was appointed as part of Simon Grayson's coaching staff two years later.
