Oldham Athletic's new signing Robbie Simpson has spoken of his desire to impress at Boundary Park and show that he is still capable of performing at League One level.
The Huddersfield loanee has agreed a three month deal with Paul Dickov's men and joins up with Nathan Clarke who is also out on loan from the Galpharm stadium.
In an interview with Oldham's official website Simpson said, "I would have liked to have done the loan earlier and maybe for the full season, but it is not to be. I have to make the most of these three months to impress everyone and hopefully they will want me again after that."
The 26 year old spent time on loan with Brentford last season, scoring six goals in thirty one appearances.
