The 27 year old midfielder joins the club after spells with Barrow, Tranmere Rovers and Vauxhall Motors.
Brown's addition means the end of Dave Roberts' stay at Rossett Park. The 23 year old only signed for the Mariners in the summer but has been informed by boss Kevin Lynch that he can leave the club.
