LINCOLN CITY: CONFIDENCE BOOST FOR TILSON

Lincoln City chairman Bob Dorrian has voiced his support for manager Steve Tilson despite his sides awful run of form since being relegated to the BSP at the end of last season.

Speaking to the Lincolnshire Echo Dorrian said, "Steve is not under pressure. We have had a number of injuries to deal with and we also have players who are playing with injuries. I am convinced Steve and Paul Brush will make progress, they have too much experience not to."

Lincoln currently find themselves in 21st position in the Blue Square Premier. They have taken just five points from their opening seven games.
