The 19 year old had been struggling with a hamstring problem since he joined up with Morton in the summer but Moore is confident he can impress for the Scottish First Division side.
"Last season he sprinted for a ball and injured his hamstring as he was not used to going all out for something. We have worked hard on him and he is now at the fitness level we want. I am sure he wil be a big player for us now."
Fitzharris signed for Morton on a permanent deal after enjoying a loan spell with the club in 2010.
