The 27 year old joins on an initial five month loan until January from Saint Etienne, but the club have an option to extend that.
N'Daw, a former target for Wolves boss Mick McCarthy, has appeared for French sides Souchax and Nantes in the past before signing a permanent deal with Saint Etienne last year.
The Senegalise international is not able to feature in Birmingham's Europa League game on Thursday.
