DONCASTER ROVERS: TRIO SIGN ON
Doncaster Rovers have continued their recent shopping spree by adding three new players to their ranks.
Habib Bamogo, Damien Plessis and Mamadou Bagayoko have all inked short term contracts with the South Yorkshire club.
Plessis, a 23 year old former French Under 21 midfielder, has joined Rovers on loan until the end of the current season from Greek side Panathinaikos. He has limited experience of the English leagues, having featured a handful of times for Liverpool as a youngster.
32 year old Bagayoko joins Doncaster as a free agent following his release from Greek side PAS Giannina. The forward lists OGC Nice, FC Nantes and AC Ajaccio amongst his former clubs.
The third and final addition, Bamogo is another striker, most recently with Panetolikos. The 29 year old has an impressive CV including stints with Marseille, Celta Vigo and 30 appearances for the Burkina Faso senior squad.
Speaking to Doncaster Rovers' official website manager Dean Saunders was confident that supporters would be impressed with the signings, "Fans will be excited when they see them play, they might not be 100% match fit as yet but we're strengthening all the time."
