FAN'S VIEW: WORCESTER CITY SEASON PREVIEW

We asked Worcester City fan Jess a few questions about her club ahead of the new season.

HOW DID YOU FEEL THE 14/15 SEASON WENT FOR YOUR TEAM?

Brilliant, as a whole the season was amazing... We ended up finishing top 10  in the league where as in previous season we have always been mid table. The bookies had even said we would be relegated that season. We also did really well in the FA Cup - we got to play Coventry at the Ricoh which for a non - league fan is like a dream come true not only to play them but we ended up beating them.... We set a new penalty shoot out record against Scunthorpe United and we appeared on BT Sport and brought new publicity to our club.

HAVE YOU BEEN IMPRESSED WITH THE ADDITIONS MADE DURING THE SUMMER BREAK?

Overall yes, me & my family have been to watch the friendlies we have appeared in and also the Worcestershire Senior Cup which we won. I've been most impressed with - Ashley Vincent, Sam Miniham and George Nash.

ARE THERE ANY AREAS YOU FEEL STILL NEED STRENGTHENING?

I think we need a proven goal scorer, we don't score enough goals!

ARE THERE ANY FIXTURES THAT YOU'RE PARTICULARLY LOOKING FORWARD TO?

FC United at home & away

WHICH OPPOSITION TEAM DO YOU HAVE HIGH HOPES FOR THIS SEASON?

Again it has to be FC United, there are a fans own club which hope to be eventually.

WHICH PLAYERS AMONG YOUR SQUAD SHOULD WE BE LOOKING OUT FOR THIS TERM?

Sean Geddes he already has had a lot of media attention with his Rabona goal last season.
Tyler Weir & Kyle Haynes both stronger defenders.

WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU'LL END UP AT THE END OF THE SEASON?

I'm hoping a top 10 finish again and a decent cup run but I think that's every fans dream.
