MIDDLESBROUGH FC: BAILEY OUT FOR EIGHT WEEKS?

Middlesbrough midfielder Nicky Bailey is expected to miss the next eight weeks of action due to a knee injury.

The 27 year old sustained medial ligament damage in 'Boro's clash with Peterborough this week and manager Tony Mowbray today confirmed the extent of the problem.

"He will be out for anywhere within four and eight weeks, hopefully closer to four rather than eight. Most footballers come across an injury like this in their career, I know I did."
