The 17 year old striker has moved on a free transfer and Pompey have agreed to loan him back to Havant & Waterlooville for the remainder of the season.
Manager Mark Harper wished the youngster well in his quest for league football, "I have wished Dan all the best for the future and hope he is successful at Portsmouth."
