The 33 year old is currently in his third season with the club and has revealed he would welcome the chance to stick around for a longer period.
"It's a good club, it's got great facilities and we're going in the right direction."
The experienced goalkeeper is also hopeful of developing his coaching ambitions at Crewe, "It's got a good academy and obviously with the Premier league changing the academies structure around I'd like to get involved with that."
