The 27 year old has just recovered from an ankle injury which has kept him out of the Swans' first team so far this season, and is looking to build up his match fitness with the Hornets.
The former West Brom man said, "I just need some game time, some action, and I'm looking forward to the challenge at Watford. I want to play first team football again and I will be doing my best to help the Hornets as much as I can during the loan spell."
