The 19 year old was recalled by the Hammers last week from his loan spell with Notts County, but manager Sam Allardyce has decided he needs more first team experience before breaking into the first team at Upton Park.
Montano scored four goals in twelve outings for Notts County before his spell was cut short. He should feature in the Robins' clash with Accrington Stanley at the weekend.
