Halmstads BK striker Joe Sise has arrived in Scotland ahead of a trial spell with Ally McCoist's Rangers.
The 21 year old, a Swedish international at youth level, will spend time training with the Scottish Premier League side in the hope of earning a contract.
Speaking to the club's official website McCoist discussed the youngster and his chances of being handed a contract, "It's a learning exercist. He can have a look at Murray Park and we can have a look at him and hopefully he will enjoy it."
"We have watched him a few times and we have seen videos of him and we feel he is someone who can come in and impress. He has scored one or two goals in a team that has been relegated so that is an impressive aspect."
Sise started his career at Swedish Division 4 side Snöstorp Nyhem FF before moving to Halmstads BK in 2008.
