The Scottish Premier League side will travel to the Imtech Arena next month in another game organised to raise funds for the club after crashing out of the Europa League.
Manager Ally McCoist said, "We've travelled to Germany on a number of preseason trips and always enjoy great support from Rangers fans living abroad."
The SPL side will meet Liverpool at Ibrox next week.
