PLYMOUTH ARGYLE: YOUNGSTER PRAISED BY FLETCHER

Carl Fletcher has heaped praise on young striker Matt Lecointe for his performance in Plymouth Argyle's clash with Accrington Stanley at the weekend.

The 16 year old caused problems in the opposition's box, resulting in a penalty being awarded to Argyle after the youngster was felled in the area.

"Matty worked hard and didn't look out of place at all for someone so young. I don't look at Matty about age. All the players in there, if they're good enough then they'll play. It's a learning experience for all of them to take on in their future football careers," Fletcher said in an interview with BBC Radio Devon.
