Lions boss Kenny Jackett was understood to have made an approach for the 29 year old's services on loan this week but Dobbie has rebuffed talk of a move away from the Liberty Stadium.
"I don't want to go out on loan. I have worked all my career to get to the Premier League, so now that I am here I am not going to give it up without a fight."
Dobbie has made five league appearances for the Swans this season but is yet to hit the target.
