Lee Clark says the talented duo of Jordan Rhodes and Jack Hunt are not for sale and that Huddersfield Town have no need to cash in on them at this time.
Ahead of the League One clash with Exeter City, Clark said he was proud to see his youngsters receiving plaudits in the media but that neither would be leaving the club under his watch.
"It makes me proud to have the lads being talked about and everyone involved with the club should be proud."
"It's great because, when was the last time the club had the opportunity to sell two outstanding players in the summer for fantastic fees and everyone is talking about the next bunch of players who I know are on everyone's radar, who people are watching and people are speaking about whether for international or clubs at a higher level?"
"If we put them on the market, they would go for fantastic fees as well, but we are not going to sell them, we don't have to. They are learning their trade."
Rhodes has scored six goals so far this season for Town and is well on the way to replicating the return of eighteen goals he managed last time around. Jack Hunt has been an almost ever present for Clark's men, scoring one goal.
