It was confirmed during the week that Lynch would become a director at Halesowen Town but he says that will not effect his deal for the Blue Square North side.
"They are two seperate things and each club has to be run separately. There will be no change to my current input at Halesowen."
Takeover news comes soon after the departure of Jamie Brough from the Badgers last week.
