Mike brings a wealth of experience to the club having worked in the commercial departments of a string of clubs in a thirty year career.
Speaking to the club's official website he said, "It's very exciting, a great challenge. I feel there are so many opportunities here."
He spent ten years at Watford but has also been employed by Millwall, Gillingham, Crystal Palace and Swindon Town.
