BRENTFORD FC: NEW DEAL FOR LEE

Brentford goalkeeper Richard Lee has extended his contract at Griffin Park until the end of the 2013 season.

The 29 year old spoke recently of his delight at the way the Bees had started the season, they are currently 8th in League One, "We have so many good players and we are confident we can give it a good go this season. Results speak for themselves."

"We are delighted with our away form and the start to the season. We have set some goals in terms of clean sheets. The team that keeps the most generally gets promoted."

Bees manager Uwe Rosler confirmed the contract extension for his number one, "I am very happy that Richard has signed this new contract. Richard deserves a new contract after his performances this season and I am looking forward to working with him. We benefit from his professionalism and leadership both on and off the field."

Lee has been an ever present so far this season.
