AFC BOURNEMOUTH: EASTWOOD INTERESTING CHERRIES

Bournemouth manager Lee Bradbury has admitted he is interested in Coventry City striker Freddy Eastwood.

The former Southend man was told he could leave the Ricoh Arena this week by manager Andy Thorn and Bradbury says he is looking into the possibility of bringing him in.

"Financially, I don't know if we would be able to agree a deal because I think he was on a decent deal at Coventry. But yes, he is a great player and someone I would sign. But I have got limitations to what I can do and he is a Championship player and he would probably want to stay there."

Eastwood has made just one substitute appearance for the Sky Blues this season and has struggled to regain the form that made him such a hot property during his time at Southend in 2005.
