Sheffield Wednesday have added another striker to their ranks, this time in the form of Nottingham Forest man David McGoldrick.
Despite already having Chris O'Grady, Gary Madine, Ben Marshall, Ryan Lowe, Clinton Morrison and Danny Uchechi on the books, manager Gary Megson thinks his side are still in need of extra firepower.
23 year old McGoldrick, who was with Southampton before Forest agreed a £1 million deal to bring him to the County ground, is itching to get started with the Owls.
"This is a massive club and I have jumped at the chance [to join]. I want to build my name back up again, show some confidence, and I believe I can do that. There are some quality strikers here and I know I will have to be right on my game."
McGoldrick has signed on an initial one month deal.
