Limerick manager Pat Scully has put pen to paper on a new contract, keeping him at the club until 2014.
Scully's current deal was due to expire at the end of the season and chairman Pat O'Sullivan' was delighted to have secured his services for a further two years.
"Not only does Pat bring a wealth of experience and football knowledge to Limerick FCbut he has also been instrumental in helping transform the club's reputation in the last number of years. The on and off field improvements in the last two years are part of a bigger vision to position Limerick FC as a sustainable Premier Division club with strong under age and development structures."
The former Huddersfield Town defender joined Limerick in 2009 after his managerial contract with Shamrock Rovers was terminated, and the man himself was quick to express his glee at extending his spell.
"I am obviously delighted to have extended my contract a further two years with Limerick FC and it is very pleasing that the club has shown great faith in the job I have done to date and my ability to bring the club to the next level. I am now over two years with the club and have developed a great working relationship with chairman Pat O'Sullivan and the board that is based on great trust and mutual respect."
