Ipswich Town's summer signing from Birmingham City, Lee Bowyer, is raring to go after recovering from a hamstring injury that has restricted him to just four starts this season.
The midfielder missed out on facing his former club Leeds United at the end of August and was also missing for the 7-1 demolition by Peterborough the previous week. He made it through an hour of Ipswich's game against Blackpool on Saturday and now feels he is back to his best.
"I still think I've got a lot to show if I'm honest. With the more games I play the better I feel my performances will become with time. Now I'm back fully fit with another week's training under my belt I feel I can push on now and help the team progress."
