West Ham manager Sam Allardyce has allowed youngster Frank Nouble to leave the club on loan to link up with League Two side Gillingham.
The nineteen year old has featured in a handful of games for the Hammers at Premier League level and has spent time out on loan with Swansea City, Charlton Athletic and West Bromich Albion.
Gills boss Andy Hessenthaler discussed the talents Nouble will bring to the Priestfield, "He is a quick one, so he will bring something different to the side. He has good experience and has been around a few clubs on loan."
"Frank has an excellent pedigree and comes to us from a proper club and I would like to thank West Ham and Ian Hendon [West Ham development coach] for helping us out on this one."
