The 19 year old midfielder had been chomping at the bit for first team action but the Pilgrims' joint managers, Jason Lee and Lee Canoville, couldn't guarantee him a starting position.
Deane made five appearances for Boston last season, all from the substitute's bench, he hadn't featured at all this season.
