The 23 year old signed for Rovers in the summer but has struggled with a knee problem since joining the club, he has now recovered from that injury and came through a reserves game against Brighton midweek.
"It's been well documented how highly I rate Al as a player and a person. We need to be careful with him, but he has been getting stronger and stronger in training and a special talent like that could take this team to another level."
