Hayes leaves the Whites in twelfth position in the Blue Square South table, a statement on the club's official website said, "The club would like to place on record it's thanks to Martin Hayes for his efforts while at the club and wish him all the best of luck for the future."
The 45 year old had been in charge of the club since last June after leaving Ryman League side Wingate & Finchley.
