Barnsley youngster Paul Digby has expressed his delight at making his debut for the Yorkshire side in the Championship last night.
The 16 year old came on as a first half substitute in place of the injured midfielder David Perkins. He expressed his delight at making an appearance, in an interview with the club's official website.
"Words can't describe how I was feeling. So many things were going through my head, I just couldn't stop smiling. I've got to thank Keith Hill for the opportunity and trusting in me to go out and do a job, it's a massive thank you."
Barnsley drew the game 1-1 with Derby, taking their run of consecutive draws to five matches.
