Weymouth goalkeeper Nick Jordan has moved to Evo Stik Southern Premier side Dorchester Town on a one month loan with a view to a permanent transfer.
The former Exeter City and Torquay United 'keeper joined Weymouth from Crawley Town after shelving his full time football career in favour of studying full time at University.
Manager Ashley Vickers was happy to have a man of his talent on board, "We welcome him to the club and whether we make it permanent or not depends on how the loan goals. We'd like to thank Brendon King and Weymouth for letting him come to us."
Jordan's arrival at the Avenue Stadium has resulted in Simon Evans leaving to join Hamworthy United on loan, something the Magpies boss says will benefit him in the long run, "Simon will go to Hamworthy on a month's loan as he needs games. I know he has been working hard but he needs to get back to where he was last season, which I'm sure he will do."
