Phil Parkinson has sought to add more firepower to his squad by bringing in former Derby County striker Craig Fagan.
The 28 year old has put pen to paper on a one year contract with the Bantams and Parkinson, who worked with Fagan at both Hull City and Colchester United, was delighted at being able to bring him to the club.
"Craig's a great lad and I've worked with him before so I know he is a great professional. Not only with his football ability, but in terms of his professionalism and the way he looks after himself and the way he trains. He'll be a good one for our young strikers to learn off."
Fagan had been without a club since his Hull City contract expired in the summer. He had spent time on trial with Cardiff City during the close season and Parkinson revealed he had turned down a number of clubs to move to West Yorkshire.
"He's been training with Birmingham, Cardiff and had a very lucrative offer from Greece to play in their top division, but he's turned that down to come to Bradford City."
Fans of the club will be hoping Fagan can make a difference for their side. They currently sit in 22nd position of League Two.
