22 year old Parrino spent time on loan with the Yorkshire club during the season in which they were relegated from the Championship last year and has expressed his delight at re–joining, "I'm really happy to be back. I want to play in England because I enjoyed it here last season, the stadiums, facilities and fans are fantastic."
The Argentinian joins up with the Blades after being allowed to leave Estudiantes de La Plata.
