The 23 year old who spent time training with the Lancashire club during pre season has been offered a deal by Brown, but is also wanted by an unknown club in Vietnam.
"A club over there have come along and changed the deal so to speak. We are still trying to get him in, but we are finding it more difficult, not from our end, but from the other end. We have talked to Keammar and he is very interested about coming to Preston," Brown stated.
