NORTHAMPTON TOWN: SAVAGE EXTENDS STAY WITH COBBLERS

Northampton Town have tied Bas Savage down to a five month contract following a two week spell at the Sixfields.

The 29 year old journey man has played in all three of Northampton's fixtures this season and will now remain with the club until January.

Savage has had a number of clubs since signing a professional contract with Reading at the age of 20. The 29 year old has played for Wycombe, Bury, Bristol City, Gillingham, Tranmere, Dagenham & Redbridge, Brighton and Millwall scoring 24 goals in total.
