26 year old Duncan, a defender formally with Braintree and Billericay has signed a contract with the club while youngster Downs has been promoted from the youth team.
Alan Dowson, club manager said, "We needed more depth in the centre back positions and Lynvall has done well over the past couple of weeks. He covers the ground quickly and is a good talker, and will provide cover."
Discussing promosing young midfielder Downs, Dowson said, "His attitude is spot on as he's shown over the summer that he wants to learn and it an excellent trainer."
