Crystal Palace could this week conclude the signings of both Antonio Pedroza and Anthony Gardner.
Manager Dougie Freedman spoke of his delight at the prospective capture, "I'm hoping for good news tomorrow on Antonio, because of the situation with the Mexican club and communication through emails taking a little bit longer than it should have really. Hopefully tomorrow morning I will have fantastic news on that as well."
Anthony Gardner was rumoured to be signing for Birmingham City earlier in the week but that move seems to have now died down. He will move to Selhurst Park on a free transfer after his Hull City contract expired.
20 year old Pedroza had been on trial with the South London club from Mexican side, Jaguares.
