COLWYN BAY: STADIUM RENAMED

Colwyn Bay have come to a sponsorship agreement with Red Lion Foods which has lead to them renaming their stadium. Their home ground will now be known as, Red Lion Foods Stadium as part of a two year deal with the Blue Square North side.

The sponsorship deal came to fruition thanks to the chairman of the company, David Messom who is a big fan of the Welsh club, "I am delighted to bring together Red Lion and Colwyn Bay which are both very close to be heart. Red Lion is a fantastic business which donates all of it's post tax profits to charities benefitting the armed forces and their families and I hope my fellow Bay fans will also get behind it."

'Bay will play their first game at the newly named stadium this evening as they host Hyde.
