Jim Duffy, manager of Scottish Third Division team Clyde has claimed his sides good start to the season is thanks to a tough pre-season training regime.
"Our work rate has been great so far this season and I put that down to the work we did in pre-season. It was a real old fashioned approach to gaining fitness with a few hills and a few runs to be conquered." Duffy said.
Clyde are in second place in the table after taking seven points from their opening three league games.
