The 19 year old defender links up again with Dave Hockaday who he worked with in the Under 18s at the Hornets.
"Eddie wasn't on my radar, but when someone of his quality becomes available you have to move fast. Eddie has good pedigree and is very strong and quick and can also play as a holding midfielder," Hockaday said.
Oshodi has represented England at Under 16 and Under 17 level, but failed to make an impact on the Hornets first time.
