Mal Purchase and Brian Carey have linked up with the former Dragons boss at Championship side Doncaster Rovers.
Speaking to Rovers' official website, Carey discussed the move, "I've only been here two minutes but people have been incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I've been overwhelmed with the support you get here. There was only a handful of us working behind the scenes at Wrexham but this is a much bigger set up altogether and the facilities here are a different class."
Carey had worked with Saunders for three years at Wrexham and the trio leave the club in a healthy position in the Blue Square Premier.
"It's nice to know we left them in good shapre. I've had a 20 year association with Wrexham and would always want to see them do well." Carey added.
