Neither player has featured for the Shrimpers this season but both experienced first team action with the club last season. Eighteen year old Nesbitt made two appearances off the bench and Asante featured on nine occasions for the side, scoring once.
Rangers' manager Danny Scopes was happy to secure the duo, "We gain two young and hungry professionals who will be looking to make a big impression in their time with us, and Southend are able to give their players some added senior experience in a strong, competitive environment."
Asante made a great start to his Concord Rangers career, he popped up with his side's first goal in the draw with Hastings at the weekend.
