Jim Lister has undergone surgery on a hernia leaving him sidelined for 4 to 6 weeks.

Brechin City manager Jim Weir is hoping for a speedy return from the 30 year old, "Jim has been struggling since he came here with the injurt and we have not seen the best of him. Now that he has been operated on I am sure he will have a big impact up front for us when he gets back in."
