Torquay United have released Daniel Leadbitter, Craig Easton, Karl Baker, Danny Stevens, Lloyd Macklin, Joe Oastler and Saul Halpin. The League Two side have offered new contracts to Brian Saah, Ashley Yeoman, Thomas Cruise,Ryan Jarvis, Aaron Downes, Rene Howe and Martin Rice.
