Plymouth Argyle have offered new contracts to Conor Hourihane, Paul Wotton, Onimsor Bhasera, Guy Branston, Jake Cole, Andres Gurrieri, Tyler Harvey and Isaac Vassell. Anthony Charles, Jamie Lowry, Jared Sims and Ollie Chenoweth have been released.
